BCON MCH88 Thigh Simulator

This training simulator is designed for controlling lower extremity hemorrhages, specifically for the thigh area, with realistic wound and bleeding simulations. It enhances pre-hospital care training with hands-on exercises on hemorrhage control, including wound packing and tourniquet application. This simulator is particularly suitable for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and civilian “Stop The Bleed” training.

Key Features:

• Instructor-controlled bleeding: Each wound’s bleeding is managed by a manual blood-pumping system that simulates pulsatile arterial or venous bleeding.
• Tourniquet application stops the bleeding, providing more realism in hemorrhage control. If the correct pressure is not applied, the bleeding will continue.

Includes:

• Transport backpack, 1 packet of 31g simulated blood powder (no coagulant), venous access equipment.

Reusable for multiple sessions and easy to store, clean, and maintain.
