This training simulator is designed for controlling upper extremity hemorrhages with realistic wound and bleeding simulations. It enhances pre-hospital care training with hands-on exercises on hemorrhage control, including wound packing and tourniquet application. This simulator is particularly suitable for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and civilian "Stop The Bleed" training. Key Features: The simulator includes three different types of wounds:

• Deep laceration or stab wound (5 cm)
• Large caliber gunshot wound with entry and exit
• Joint wound in the shoulder area

Instructor-controlled bleeding: Each wound's bleeding is managed by a manual blood-pumping system that simulates pulsatile arterial or venous bleeding. The trainer functions as an autonomous simulator, but it can also be attached to a volunteer with the included transport strap to add realism. The realistic bleeding simulation includes direct feedback (stopping the bleeding) when the student successfully treats the hemorrhage. Bleeding System:

• Blood Reservoir: Includes a 2-liter reservoir with a manual blood pumping system, simulating pulsatile arterial or venous hemorrhage.
• No Blood Backflow: Blood does not flow back into the reservoir while the wound is being filled.
• Artificial Blood Concentrate: Includes 250 ml of artificial blood concentrate to prepare 2 liters of simulated blood.
