The new HyFin Vent Twin Pack sets the standard for the treatment of thoracic penetrating injuries. Provides two Hyfin Vent in a single package for both inbound and outbound treatment or in case of multiple thoracic penetrating lesions.
The new design provides 3 channels that prevent air flow into the chest cavity during inspiration while allowing air to escape through the ventilation channels during exhalation. These allow blood to escape and ensure non-occlusion, because even if two of the three channels are blocked, ventilation will remain fully functioning by the third channel.
Aluminium packaging with an easy opening system, the container is perforated by its middle zone to allow only one patch to be opened if no more is needed and so use the remaining for another occasion. Each patch includes a gauze to clean the wound surface before application.
The HyFin TwinPack valve chest patch is a 15.24 x 15.24 cm occlusive bandage with a built-in valve, with three channels, providing superior occlusion during protocols that require the use of a 3-piece secure bandage or a chest valve or ventilation patch.

Adecuada perfectamente para realizar la maniobra de reanimación, la mascarilla Multi Cánulas© RCPB se puede utilizar con o sin las cánulas (intercambiando las mismas, de acuerdo a la medida que sea necesaria 0, 2, 4, 6). Además cuenta con un conector nasal que permite ventilar en el caso de obstrucción en la vía oral. Primero, se introduce el tubo por la boca del paciente, con su extremo hacia el paladar. Luego, girando 180º, se sujeta la lengua. De esta forma, despeja la vía aérea y la mantiene abierta en el proceso. Comienza la ventilación. Las válvulas se abren solo al soplar el reanimador. Cuando la víctima exhala, las válvulas de ingreso se cierran, permitiendo que se abra la salida (siempre hacia el exterior del tubo y de la boca). Además, un filtro interno antimicrobiano evita el paso de micro gotas de saliva, protegiendo de contagios en ambos sentidos.
