The BuddyStrap from Agilite Gear is an emergency tactical harness that allows you to carry a wounded person easily carried on your back, leaving our hands free.

El iTClamp controla las lesiones abiertas hemorrágicas en extremidades, axila, ingle, cuello y cuero cabelludo, mediante un sellado de la piel, creando un espacio cerrado bajo presión que cohíbe la hemorragia.
Convierte una herida abierta sangrante (extremidades, axila, ingle, cuello y cuero cabelludo) en una herida contusa con un coágulo/hematoma limitado por las propias estructuras anatómicas (piel, fascia, músculo y hueso) adyacentes al vaso sangrante.
• Este coágulo/hematoma natural y estable no impide la circulación distal en la extremidad lesionada.

The new design provides 3 channels that prevent air flow into the chest cavity during inspiration while allowing air to escape through the ventilation channels during exhalation. These allow blood to escape and ensure non-occlusion, because even if two of the three channels are blocked, ventilation will remain fully functioning by the third channel.
Aluminium packaging with an easy opening system, the container is perforated by its middle zone to allow only one patch to be opened if no more is needed and so use the remaining for another occasion. Each patch includes a gauze to clean the wound surface before application.
